Standard fee where only non-monetary relief is sought is £1,750 per party
Fees are per party, excluding VAT (if applicable), and include reasonable preparation, pre-meetings and a standard mediation day 9.30 to 6.00.
No travelling time charged inside the M25.
Additional time after 6.00 or on other days charged at £350+VAT per hour.
Time-limited mediations for smaller disputes are typically charged at 50% of the in-person fee.
